How do credits work?▼
1 credit = 1 generated output image. If you request 4 variations, that uses 4 credits. Credits are deducted before generation and refunded automatically if a generation fails.
Do unused credits roll over?▼
Yes! Credits roll over up to 2× your monthly allocation. Pro users (100/mo) can accumulate up to 200 credits.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?▼
Yes. We offer credit packs: 20 credits for $4.99 or 150 credits for $29.99, purchased as a one-time payment.
What happens if I cancel?▼
Your subscription stays active until the end of your billing period. You keep your remaining credits.

How realistic are the results?▼

Can I preserve parts of my original room?▼

What is organization access?▼
Brokerages, realtor associations, and franchises can provide Modernaview access to their members as a benefit, with a shared credit pool and centralized management.
How do members join an organization?▼
Admins create invite codes or links. Members enter the code at signup or in their settings to join.
Do members need their own subscription?▼
No. When a user belongs to an active organization, their org's credits are used first. They only need a personal plan for additional usage.
Can I limit credits per member?▼
Yes. Organization admins can set a daily soft cap per member to prevent any single user from using the entire pool.
